Matt is the Associate Broker at Sound Realty Group where he is responsible for helping buyers and sellers of investment properties here in Western Washington. On a mission to create an outstanding purchasing experience, he is focused on improving clarity for individual investment goals and creating lifelong relationships with his clients.

Prior to taking on his role at Sound Realty Group, Matt gained experience in acquisitions and marketing as the Acquisitions Officer at Elysian Investment Group.

In addition to his role at Sound Realty Group, Matt is also an active investor himself focusing on fixing and flipping single family homes in King and Snohomish county with his company Nine8 Redevelopment. This experience allows him to help his clients in establishing clear renovation goals and processes for their properties.
