Our marketing efforts are not isolated to the digital world, and we have several traditional marketing methods such as direct mail campaigns and postcards featuring our listings. Our network of brokers is also expansive enabling us to reach out and play matchmaker with buyers agents at other brokerages. Depending on the property and tenant situations we might also suggest “for sale” signs and/or coordinated showings or tours to garner buyer traffic.
